• At Focus Features, we sell all of our products with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly refund your money in full - minus original shipping costs - as long as the item has not been used and is returned to us in its original packaging.

• We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us on 086-007-007-0 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) and let us know why it is you wish to return your purchase.

• Upon receipt of the goods and checking them for originality we will refund the money on the above basis in the same way the goods were paid for.
